Revlon Expression Experiment

There is nothing like getting new makeup and trying something a bit different to switch up your look. I took the Revlon Expression Experiment with a few new products for Fall, including teal eye shadow! Surprisingly, after applying said eye shadow, I did not feel like I just walked out of an 80s salon and it was really quite subtle.

Case in point:
Revlon makeup
Something else new to me? Revlon's nail polish, which I've never used before. Gasp. But LOVE this orange color, I'm a new fan for sure. I also find if I actually take the time to apply a base coat and clear coat on top that my manicures last longer. Something I need to do more often!

Another new love, makeup primer. Before I would sometimes slap some lotion on before applying my foundation, but often just skipping to the main event. Little did I know the difference makeup primer would make. Seriously guys, why did I not know this? Do you use makeup primer before applying foundation or concealer?

Not a new love, but an ongoing love affair with bright, bold lipstick, this new red lipstick is totally doing it for me. It's a bit of a cooler shade then my other reds and I love it. Kiss kiss!

Is there a makeup trend, product or technique you want to try, but haven't yet?

You can also take the Revlon Expression Experiment! Try something new with your makeup routine, like wear bold lip color if you usually do not, try a new eye shadow shade or go for a smokey eye.  Then step out in your new look and tell me how it made you feel! Did you end up loving your new look or technique? Did other's notice?
