This dress is literally the most comfortable thing I've ever worn. It's about 99% made of old, favorite sweatshirt from high school and I'm thinking about sleeping in it tonight. I picked up this little ditty from the Madewell event I helped plan, and so glad I did.
This is an item I can defiantly wear right into Fall (over a gingham button down or under a blazer), dress down (under a denim vest with converses) and dress up (heels and a statement necklace). Can't you just picture all the possibilities? I love an item of clothing like that.

if you don't mind me asking, how does this dress run? i really want to purchase, but i can't figure out madewell sizing.
ReplyDeleteI don't mind at all! I'm wearing a sz large. The dress has some stretch to it, so this size could accommodate smaller to maybe a tiny bigger, and is really only fitted in the bodice (zipper up the back).
DeleteUnfortunately I think Madewell sizing in general is a bit all over the place. I think their pants and skirts are fitted a bit slimmer (not a lot of hip space), but then some of their dresses (like this cute one: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=344268725652025&set=a.146392862106280.38499.144665712278995&type=3&theater ) runs a size bigger, while a lot of their clothing is probably true to size (sized like J.Crew/Gap).
