Favorite Wears: Four Trends in One Outfit
How many of my current favorite trends can I pack into one outfit?
Four.
1. Camo - the trend that doesn't seem to be slowing. I have had these pants for over two years now and still love 'em.
2. Birks - I joined the bandwagon beginning of this summer because of my friend Katie. She's one of my fav fashion inspirations (and friends), and she was right about this one, they are fun to style and oh-so-comfy.
3. Statement necklace - hardly a trend, these pieces have been and will remain around a long time, but love to style them with casual pieces.
4. Stripes - ditto to the above. And if they ever did go out of style, I'd have no clothes left.
Slightly on the busy side, yes... but I love it all together. It's a great casual outfit for work or weekend. The fancy-like statement necklace totally uplifts the granola-ness of the Birkenstocks. And the patters are different enough in scale to coordinate... plus, stripes go with everything.
