When the sun finally peeked out this Spring (just last week), I hit up lunch on the patio of Pizzabella downtown (one of Kansas City's best pizza place) with a friend. Upon arriving, I was immediately giddy by the sun tea in the making. It really IS Spring.
Sun tea mixed with lemonade (half of each, an Arnold Palmer) is my favorite Summer drink and I think I had 4 glasses over lunch, which makes sense as to why I was peeing all afternoon. Along with the best pizza in KC, it was the perfect lunch retreat to enjoy the direct sunlight, perfect temperature and good company.
