Mama/Daughter Style Series: Winter Style

I'm back today with the second installment of the Mama/Daughter style series!  If you missed the first one, pause here and check out our holiday style with a more proper introduction to what this is all about HERE!  Today I'm sharing our everyday winter style that helps us keep warm, feel cozy, but still be pulled together.  I am fully aware that my outfit has been completely overshadowed by Nora's, and I'm 100% OK with that - I mean, buffalo check? Like mother, like daughter.

But really, this is what you'll catch us in on weekends when we're feeling casual. Baby leggings are just the easiest thing in the world (especially for the crawler and crawler/walker stage).  They are easy to pull on (and off for all those diaper changes), but Vanilla Bean Baby makes these adorable leggings in my most favorite winter print of all... and of course lots of other prints and even different cuts (I like this harem cut because they leave room for that diaper booty!).  The equivalent of baby leggings for mama? Perhaps these pull on Lee jeans that are oh-so-comfy.  I like to roll them up to show off fun socks, which seems to be a rising trend these days.

I don't always intend to coordinate both our outfits, sometimes it just happens (and sometimes I intend)!  But I'm always feeling winter white - for us both!  I love that these cozy tops let Nora's little low top converses really pop, along with her pants.  Since I couldn't get enough of those adorable yellow converse high tops (in last week's outfit), we got some cherry red ones from Rack Room Shoes to style as well.  As for mama, comfy wedges have replaced my high heels one by one (those were the days...) and these ones are no different (and on sale!).

{Our Outfit Details: MAMA // Sweater - J.Crew (sold out, similar options here and here, both on sale!); Stripe Blouse - old H&M (similar); Jeans - c/o Lee; Socks; SocksWedges - c/o Rack Room Shoes; Hat - old North Face (same style!); Lips. NORA // Cardigan Top (buttoned up, limited sizes left, similar options here and her); Leggings - c/o Vanilla Bean Baby; Sneakers - c/o Rack Room Shoes; Bear Hat}
