Sunday through Wednesday I had the pleasure to attend a great event in the industry I work in. I was super lucky it was held in beautiful Colorado Springs. If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw some of my pics, or you can see a few pics here.
This was also my first significant time away from Liam. I missed that baby boy so much, but I do think it was good for us both. While I still woke up a ton in anticipation of baby soothing, or maybe it was just being in a weird environment, I did get some good sleep. I also was around a lot of adults doing career adultish things. I even had a glass of wine here and there (and there and there). So that was all good.
And then we were reunited and I got instant smiles, face grabs, laughs and snuggles.
