Amazon's Holiday Shopping

 

  This was the first year I received not just one, but two catalogs from Amazon, the all digital giant. One was fashion focused and the other all toys.  Both full of great ideas and a great way to get you off the computer, flipping through actual pages (with easy to scan QSR codes to take you digitally).  There is something about relaxing with a magazine (catalogs count!), cup of coffee and blanket that I love.
Toy catalogs have long been all the rage with my kids in order to make their holiday lists, so they were excited to get another one to flip through - circling items they're interested in. 

In case you didn't get one or both of these (or even if you did),  I am highlighting some favorite holiday gift items/must-haves featured in the catalogs and online. Amazon is nothing if not an abundance of choices.

Last minute Father's Day Gifts: Amazon Prime Delivery!

 

Father's day is this Sunday!  Don't forget to spoil your baby's daddy, own fathers and other great men and father figures in your lives! I've rounded up a few things to span multiple interests that are all ready to ship with Prime delivery to get to you in time!
My husband and I both love anything Yeti, and this 30 oz tumbler (comes in multiple colors or stainless steel) is a great way to stay hydrated all summer on the go - and fits in most cup holders!
My husband recently got (for himself...) this ultra slim wallet and was amazed at how much it fits while not being bulky.
Fore the breakfast lover (or breakfast for dinner), I gave this breakfast sandwich maker to my husband last Christmas and he loves it still today. It's so easy to use and clean.
For the DIYer, my husband thinks everyone should have this ratcheting screwdriver!
Breathable shorts with a stretch that feel like athletic shorts (especially great for golfers), but look nice are a must for your athletic guy.
Looking to splurge... the newest Adidas sneaker style is very cool (I want this pair for myself...) for your hip dude.  And for your guy that travels a lot, or wears headphones while he works - these Bose wireless are the ones to get. My husband has had his for awhile and loves them.
Outdoor fun or relaxation? Either way - this Knock Off Toss game is especially fun with beer bottles, and this lightweight hammock can attach between any trees simply.
And for the guy you just can't figure out what to get... an Amazon gift card can physically arrive in a cute Father's Day style so he can get whatever he wants.

Husband Style: Not your basic white undershirt

In my bedroom sits a great big dresser (where truth be told, I get most of the drawers), and one of those drawers, belonging to my husband, is completely dedicated to white undershirts.  An entire drawer I tell ya.  And whilst important for layering, and guys typically wear an undershirt under everything, in my colorful closet, this would not fly.  So I was really excited to see that Hanes ComfortBlend t-shirts (available at Walmart and Hanes.com) started offering their softest t-shirts yet in fun colors.

Ok, so not only do these t-shirts come in vibrant colors (like the ones above + more), but they have a modern fit and ultra soft fabric for not only style, but comfort, which is pretty much all that's important to my husband (the comfort part).  And he was happy with how soft and comfortable these shirts are (and really happy with the under $5 price tag), while I am happy to see a little more color in his wardrobe.  

When the weekend comes, we're pretty much playing around with our kids.  My husband, like I previously said, likes to be comfortable and needs to be able to keep up with our active 2-year-old.  It's great to be able to throw on this Hanes tee, layer with an open button down and jacket (similar), worn over his favorite broken-in khakis and comfy fake-nice-shoes (seriously, best investment to get him to wear shoes that look nice but are super comfortable) and still look nice.

This is a typical weekend outfit (whether playing with the kids or even getting out for a little casual date), but usually he'd be wearing a beat up, a bit too thin and certainly scratchy by now old white tee under his button down.  We swapped it out for the heathered navy Hanes tee and love the difference it makes.  It just makes the outfit a bit richer.  It will be fun to experiment with the other colors and add some color to his undershirt drawer.
