Favorite Blogger Outfit: All around the shoes

Sometimes I pick out my outfit solely around a certain accessory or pair of shoes!  In this case, I can only dream of all the fun outfits I'd wear with Pamela's cute shoes (that I may just break down and get them myself some day):

I not only love Pamela's {of Ginger Girl} super fun teal shoes, but what she wore them with!  I love colored tights {almost more than anyone}, and then her bright fun skirt!  What a perfect outfit to brighten up a winter day.
