Last weekend it was 60 degrees! We've been so lucky to have some amazing spring-like winter days, but really it just has me more antsy for the real spring days to come. And playing with flowers didn't help that desire... but boy was it fun.
Last weekend, I had the pleasure of attending a blog friend's first class with her new venture, the Bloom Academy. Emily hosted and shared her mad skills for a Floral 101 class/girl's afternoon out (it was like a little party - so fun!) and I learned a ton. I'll have more info on that and how you can get involved (in Kansas City and online) soon.
So for now, I'll just give you a little preview of my floral arrangement I made, and what I wore - of course! Thanks to Emily for having me - can't wait for the advanced class (after a few more 101s of course...).
*It's a thicker material that really allows for the article of clothing to hold shape! It's also super comfortable, a bit more substantial and warm for cooler weather, and holds you it well!
