Summer Meets Fall Styling
I've posted about this roller girl print on my Facebook Page... I just love it, so I had to get this lightweight, linen popover. Perfect material for summer, yet paired with this rust maxi will flow right into Fall. With the addition of my majorly bright-Barbi-pink purse for a wild summery splash I think the mixture makes all these pieces just better together! Also better together and keeps you clothes in tip top shape? The P&G trio of Tide, Downy & Bounce (getting them at Target - even better!).
A little confession... I'd never used Downy before this experiment. I've used Tide and Bounce (obsessed) for years... but Downy just seemed like an extra step and I'm a really lazy launder. But this extra step I shunned for years was really very minor and left my clothes noticeably soft. Totally unexpected.
And I love when things are unexpected. My goal when styling an outfit (not all the time, but at least some of the time) is to just have at least a little piece of it be unexpected. What makes your summer styles better or unexpected?
