Deck the Halls with lots of Bloggers!

Last Thursday, I had the pleasure of attending a Kansas City blogger meetup event hosted by Halls Kansas City at Crown Center. The store has undergone some changes since Legoland and Sea Life moved into Crown Center, so we got a tour and update!  I was really happy we did, too, because this store was totally not on my radar, and it should be. Check out this beautiful store through some of my snap shots and learn why you should visit (and soon) below!

If you live or know of Kansas City well, you may have heard of Halls before. The Halls are a well-known family in this area and nationwide known for their company, Hallmark.  The same family (specifically Joyce Hall or "JC") that started Hallmark, brought now two lovely Halls department stores to our area.  Joyce's vision was to bring the best to Kansas City and his little showcase quickly turned in a store, opening their first doors in 1916.

If you've ever visited the Halls on the Plaza (last time I was there here), you may love the beautiful showcases, but maybe avoid touching anything as the price point is a bit higher. The store there is filled with some the top and most well-known designers in the world, like Oscar de la Renta!  I just assumed that Halls at Crown Center was the same...
... but it's not!  It has a much lower price point, but still includes some splurge worthy brands like, Kate Spade & Tory Burch. They have a great shoe department, built out accessories area, two men's stores, "Kiddo" for children and the fabulous "Deck the Halls" store catering to all things holiday (including a pink tree that I love)!
So the night was obviously fabulous to hang out with the fun KC bloggers in the beautiful store - but they also made it even more special with wine, nibbles, giveaways (I didn't win...), a gift card for all and the real-deal swag bag!

Thanks so much for having us, Halls Kansas City!
