I share sales and deals sparingly here on the blog (there are tons of other bloggers that handle all the daily sales much better than I), but I WILL share the really, really, really (really) good ones, and I have one for you today. Two ways to style rain boots for a rainy spring!

Ok, I don't love rain, but I can appreciate April's showers for the sheer fact that it is not snow.  Then comes May (or is it really more like June?), and all that rain has really paid off leaving a bounty of lush greenery and pretty flowers.  And at the end of the day, any excuse to wear cute rain boots is always appreciated.  I'm absolutely loving these cute rain boots from Joules, as well as a lot of other pieces from their site.

Favorite Wears, Kid Edition: Fall Fashion

I love finding new sites for kids' clothing and inspiration.  AlexandAlexa is a site dedicated to children and specializing in an international selection.  They offer everything from clothing, accessories and shoes for baby up to 14 years, home and nursery decor, toys and equipment and even sporting gear.  Clothing and fall fashion specific, AlexandAlexa is regarded as the "Net-A-Porter for under 14 years old."  
They offer prestigious fashion designs from Burberry for baby, Fendi Kids, Junior Gaultier and DC Shoes.  While outfitting my little guy (and baby girl on the way) in designer wear is not a reality for me, I love looking at the outfits for inspiration and looking at all the other, lower priced items. ShopStyle now offering product reviews & a giveaway

ShopStyle is one of my all-time favorite sites when I'm searching for a general item, like metallic oxfords, and want to see all the available options.  I love that you can then filter the results by price, brands, size, etc. to further meet what you're looking for. It's an easy way to shop! So, I'm excited to bring you a bit of news and an awesome giveaway from this ultimate shopping site.

My favorite online Labor Day weekend sales!

Do you prefer to shop online or in person at a store? I am about 80% of an online shopper myself. I love virtual shopping for a few reasons: it's so convenient, like late at night after baby is sleeping - no lines, no crowds, no rush; being able to quickly compare prices and act on the best deal; being able to use discount codes vs. coupons (hate paper); more options (in available merch, sizes, styles, stores that aren't local, etc).
But about 20% of the time, I do like to get into a store for a few reasons: in-store displays are always inspiring; if the mood to browse in person strikes (sometimes it does, most the time it doesn't); shopping with friends - it's a fun social activity; trying it on and buying only if it fits and I like it and return worries.

ShopStyle Relaunches with New Look!

Yesterday was an exciting day for everyone who loves ShopStyle.com and their team! The site relaunched with a brand new, super chic look!  I had the opportunity to take the new site for a test drive before the launch, so have had a few days to love it!  Here are my favorite things about the new site:

2.  Content is wayyyy more highlighted and showcased beautifully with large tile-like ads and photos!  + Goodies straight on the homepage to starting loving!

If I Were Shopping...I'd Be Shopping at Boden!

I'm doing really good on my shopping band!  Not bought a thing, not even groceries!  Ok, well, groceries aren't part of the challenge...just anything fashion-wise, clothing, shoes, jewelry - anything I don't need to live a proper life (for 1 month)!  And I actually do need groceries.  So I should get to the store, I'm sick of eating Girl Scout Cookies, Frozen Pizza, Apple Sauce and Popcorn for dinner.  But it's snowy out, like really snowy.

Anyways.  If I WERE shopping for the fun stuff - I'd be hitting up Boden's clearance section!!  Have you heard of Boden or shopped there before?  I just randomly received a little catalog in the mail (no idea how they found me), never have heard of them before, I then went online to check out the clothes...and found A LOT I liked. 

They also have tons of great stuff on sale.  It's killing me not to buy...but I did some looking!  Here is what I would buy, if I could.

This wool skirt would be perfect for work and play.  One of my favorite colors!

I LOVE dresses with sleeves, that aren't super bulky for the winter.  This one  looks so comfy and chic:

I love velvet jackets, and this one is so sweet.  How fun it would be to wear all dressed up or with jeans, like shown:

Either way you wear these, rolled up or down, they look so comfy!  I want to sink my feet in these sheepskin boots!
